→ I tried this and it worked with pen and touch, but slow as molasses. Can be connected over LAN network but most PC still must have Miracast capabilities (haven’s tested).Pen and touch can be enabled if host PC is windows.

Project to Windows 10 tablet/PC/laptop (essentially turn your windows device into a wireless display). Still even over USB 2.0 on a 2013 laptop with integrated graphics, it still feel acceptable to draw on for me) by far the best wired solution with near native responses ( depending on 2.0 or 3.0 usb connection, CPU and CPU of host PC. Recommend disable USB selective suspend setting for prolonged use. beta support audio output, picking the GPU you want to use with Super Display. 60hz and 120hz supported (120hz required on Android tablet over usb 3.1 connected). Support Pen and touch, wintab or Microsoft API. Project to Android tablet OS version 5 or higher. support mirror, extend display, choose custom resolution. Some of the solution here I have only heard of and lack information which might need input from others. 
This will cover all the OS (as long as the tablet is penabled. Since most of the people on this forum probably have one or a few old penabled tablet that is retired for outdated processor/OS, I make this thread to cover and dicuss what software we can use to bring new purpose for our old tablets.
